Working with Dave was great! We were lucky enough to get an inspection setup very quickly after we received notice that our offer was accepted. We met with him for the last hour or so of the inspection and he walked around and pointed everything notable to us and explained everything thoroughly and in an easy to understand way. The report was very easy to read and understand as well and we got that on the same day leaving us with plenty of time to coordinate follow up inspections with specialists.
My wife and I hired Dave to inspect our single family Madison home after an accepted offer in March 2021. He was quick to respond to our call, and we were able to schedule the inspection days later.
