Well well after reading these reviews I realise I was not the only one affected with their high bill. I call about my heater because the heat was not reaching the 3rd floor. I thought it was the thermostat so i purchase a new one. When the gentleman came he told me the valve to the upper floor was stuck and some other valve not working so he will have to go and get it. Think three or four times before calling these guys. They are difficult to hold to schedule, expensive, and far from customer . There are much better options out there .

I called them today to see about someone coming out to check on the boiler in our apartment building. The gentleman told me that it wouldn't be today maybe next week or the week after. I asked if we could schedule an appointment to have on the calendar and he told me to call other companies to see if I could get in sooner with them. I proceeded to tell him that I am waiting for calls back from different companies and he said he wouldn't schedule an appointment because I would be calling back to cancel it. I am frustrated.

We called H.A Thompson and sons to come and look at our water heater. Another company had installed it on 8/8/23 before we bought our home in November. Once we moved in our hot water heater gave us trouble from the jump, it seemed like once a month we were having to turn it back on as the pilot light and indicator light would completely go out.
