Great service and food! Shrimp fried rice is a favorite of mine.
The staff and ownership at Ha Long Bay Restaurant are the greatest! Our family went the night of the Spring Blizzard in Minnesota and they were closing but stayed open just long enough to serve our family! The Vietnamese food was very hot and delicious as well! Great Restaurant and great management.
Pad Thai, lo mein, egg rolls, and the dumplings are the best! Haven't tried much else on the menu because these are just SO GOOD. The service is great and takeout service has always been spot on, no mistakes (and we get takeout a lot).
My boyfriend and I love this place! Excellent food, and great service. We were sad they were closed down for a bit for the transition between building since we drove all the way down from Forest Lake to eat there, but we cannot wait to check out the new place when we come back to town!
We love Ha Long Bay! The food is authentic and delicious! We even like Young!
