They claim to have 24 hour emergency service I called them at 9:30 and nobody called me back I find out at two in the morning that nobody's going to be out I'll have to wait until morning!!! Thanks a lot for making me sit up waiting for you all night!!!
I was having intermittent problems with my heater, so I called HA Lewis for service. Within 1/2 hour I received a call from Ryan to schedule time that was convenient for me. Ryan arrived at the time we had agreed and within minutes had determined the issue. He was polite and took the time to explain the problem and what he would do to fix it. Everything was done in a professional manner. I would highly recommend using them again.
Boasts 24 hour emergency service on their , when we called at 8 pm, the answering service person was pleasant and we did receive a call back within minutes from the "on call technician"...who made sure we had the breaker turned off on our broken a/c and proceeded to tell us he'd be out the next day. Um, that's not 24 hour service! We gave our $200 to the next HVAC business. I'll never try calling them again since they're clearly not interested in my business.
