UPDATE: Not five minutes after I posted the following review and messaged them on Facebook, I was contacted. The manager met me at the shop and the problem was fixed right away hours after they had closed. "They forgot to resecure the shield under my engine compartment after an oil change. Now it's Saturday afternoon and they closed at 2. Can't drive my car because the shield is dragging on the ground. I've been using them for a couple of years and this is the first problem.
