Sometimes I do not have the words to express how grateful I am for H3! My Life has changed tremendously! Before coming to H3 I was anxious, slightly depressed, and unhappy. After learning about my unhelpful thinking styles I was able to start balancing my thinking with understanding and clarity. Now, I have no anxiety! I am at peace with my life! Mrs. Leslie is an outstanding counselor/therapist. Unlimited attention is given/provided toward my mental hygiene, welfare and safety. She ensures objectives and goals are identified and I have a continuing plan in place to achieve objectives and goals. I understand having quality in life is achievable.
