I recently visited my sister’s new home, which she purchased from you, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. Given that you are a handyman, I expected the property to be in at least reasonably finished condition. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. She did not know your profession . There is visible white blue and green paint splattered on the fence .hurricane shutters and stone in the back porch area AND on the sliding glass doors!!!! H3 Contracting fixed some ridgeline roof issue for me a few years ago. It was quick and reasonable. Oscar Vilchez and his team also replaced a wood wall in one day and painted it in the past year. Thanks for the great work. H3 Contracting and Oscar Vilchez always answering your phone calls and texts which does not always happen with a general contractor.
