I started seeing CC because of a partially frozen shoulder and within weeks of doing the exercises it was almost totally healed and I was without any pain. Each session we've addressed another aspect of my posture so that when something flares up from too many push ups, sleeping weird, travel, etc. I am able to go back to exercises and fix myself! CC Rivera is the best bodywork therapist I have ever had. She and I have been working together for over 2 years. When I started I was in pain and had such a low energy level that it was difficult to maintain my posture or balance. Now I am free of pain and once again hiking and participating in life with renewed vigor. Best part is CC patiently teaches you how to help yourself at your own pace.
