We had a terrible experience with H20 Waterproofing ! After their supposed waterproofing of our roof in early 2024, with the first autumn rains new leaks occurred, tiles fell off the roof, and numerous large gaps between the tiles showed up. They had to return 2 times during winter trying to fix massive new leaks but refused to fix countless remaining gaps between the tiles, despite us urging them repeatedly to do so.
