I had an emergency 2times this week, the first time very quick reaponse and solved. Second time , it was after hours , I left a message and they CALLED back past the after hours service , past 9pm.! That WAS GREAT! I have been using their services for a LONG time and have no complaints .

Great experience with Vinny today. I had a challenge with the clarity of my water. He was very patient with me. He explained the details of how the RO systems works and what could be causing the issue. He was respectful and personable the entire time he was here. Really thankful of how well this company has treated us these past 6 months. Thanks Vinny!!

Very nice people, from phone reception, to sales, to in the field, very personel LOCAL service, appointment was set, then a sooner opportunity was offered when a cancellation occured. and it wasn't a canned sales speach it was a quick review they explained the different Filtering options and systms, used simple pricing. Terrible customer service!! Our water softener was taken out in Hurricane Ian. It took us some time to save enough money to have a new one put in. We decided on this company and put in the system they recommended. My husband and I are both disabled. When the new softener was put in, I went out to look at it. Our water system is up a steep hill. When I looked at it, there was a huge pile of salt on our grass and debris all over the hill. I crawled up the hill and gathered the parts of the old softener and took a picture of it... read more
