I wanted to run hot & cold water to an out door shower and bath. Simon knew exactly what I was after and installed beautiful exposed copper pipes with brass and bespoke tap ware. Very happy with the attention to detail and the relaxed and friendly service. Absolutely no hesitation in giving five stars to Simon and the team and recommend them to all my friends and family.

Simon and his team came to do our complete bathroom renovations. Not only was he professional, but he offered ideas that were a lot more practical and actually more cost effective than what we had planned originally and the end result is far better than what we had invisioned. While he was there we were having some issues with our gas cook top(i was worried it was maybe leaking gas!) He took time to thoroughly go over it and check it. I gave a complete kitchen and bathroom renovation job to H2O plumbing. Absolutely very poor quality work. In addition very high risk safety issue.Not even a week since moving in to the newly refurbished house, there was a massive gas leak in the newly laid gas pipe! Even worse is they would not answer the phone calls. Never trust these people and please don't give any projects. Very shoddy workmanship.
