I used h20 because the previous owners recommended them. I purchased a home in need of a vinyl liner. The owner installed the vinyl liner after several months of waiting, we were told it would be 2-3 months it ended up being 5 months. Upon install the pool liner continued to float. I contacted the owner who came out and said the pool was getting water under the liner hence the floating so he required about a 2k fee to install an underground pump to pull the water off. They provide weekly service for my unground pool. So far I am very satisfied with them.
I called H2O pools but havent got ahold of anyone yet. Their voice mail is full. I would love for someone from H2O pools to call me.
