This is the worst pool service company. They charged for work and chemicals that were never performed or added. My pools turned green and they just blew it off and would not return calls or the multitude of messages that were left. BEWARE this company sucks at service.
It is a family owned business and they are very professional and friendly. I called about my heater not heating the pool. On the initial phone call, Justine guaranteed a no later than show time. I asked if they could give me one hours notice since I would be at work and she did. We agreed upon their show time and they met me at the house on time. Mark diagnoised the problem right away. Wow my expierience with this company has indeed eceeded my expectations, I am so glad my friend had reffered them to us knowing the trouble we were having with our old pool company (they could not just get it right service call after service call, charge after charge and still nothing was fixed). H2O said what they were going to do and they did do as they said.
