Our tankless water heater suddenly stopped functioning following multiple power outages in a single day. The control unit wasn't receiving any power. Today, i had a regular free check-up done, courtesy of my subscription with Campbell Family Plumbing & Electric. The thorough and detailed assessment was executed by santiago. He discovered a tap that required some fixing. Considering both bathroom sink faucets were original and at least two decades old, i decided to have them replaced. I reached out to this plumbing company at around 10:30 AM on a busy weekend day and left a message about our sump pump issue. To my surprise, I got a callback within a mere 15 minutes. I explained to Jerome the problem we were facing and he assured me he'd be at our Riverside home before the day was over. highly recommend this plumbing service. we found ourselves dealing with a blocked sewer pipe caused by supposedly flushable wipes. as a result, our laundry room was flooded with an inch of water. we called in an emergency service to hydro jet the blockage successfully. afterwards, they informed me that our modern pvc pipes were linked to aging, crumbling clay pipes that needed replacement, quoting a hefty $6,400 for the job. after obtaining quotes from four different services, we were relieved when santiago from this company... read more

I just have to express my gratitude to Blake and his helper. We had a new washing machine delivered, but the old pipes were quite corroded. The delivery team was concerned they might break a pipe while trying to remove them. I reached out to Blake earlier in the day and he assured me he'd do his best to come out as soon as possible. True to his word, both of them put in an incredible amount of effort to remove the old pipes, which saved us from needing to replace the valves.
