A while ago, we got some bathroom work done - new toilet and new piping for a sink. Josh was excellent, arrived on time, and did a great job, including cleaning up after himself. Ben came a couple of days later to finish the job and did a very good job but didn't clean up after himself. Disappointed and confused about why some tradies are lazy and don't clean up after themselves
Today was my first experience using H2O plumbers .... I was referred to them by a company that is overloaded with work .... From the initial call to Josh everything was done in a professional manner .... He said Ben would arrive at 7:30 this morning and he was spot on time .... Solved the problem and had it rectified in less than one hour .... Excellent outcome and our new "go to" people for any plumbing issues
H2O Plumbing are great to work with! Josh and Ben are efficient plumbers that we can trust and highly recommend.
I have been using H2O services for years personally and professionally. Josh and Ben have always been friendly, on time and no question was a silly question :)
