Technician showed up without approval; received bogus invoice I was asked to pay an $84.99 upfront fee for a water-heater inspection; I declined and did not confirm any appointment. Despite that, a technician showed up at my home uninvited. When I told him I did not want the service, he threatened to call the police if I didn’t pay. I appreciate that the company values customer satisfaction and works to resolve issues quickly! However, I believe they should also prioritize their employees’ well-being. The weather is brutal right now—feels like -1 degrees outside—yet workers are still being made to work in these conditions. It would be great if the company considered its people just as much as its profits.
