Their technology is excellent – I really like it!
While they did a good job with the actual manicure, I will not be going back. They are running a 40% off UV gel manicure special. I brought my teenage daughter there to take advantage of the special. Well, they convinced her that she needed tips (she did not) and then only showed her cat eye nail polish instead of regular gel colors. What’s worse is that they didn’t tell her it was $20 extra. I had a bad experience at this place and will not return. My cousin and I had an appt set for 10:30. We got there on time and waited an hour to be seen. We left out of there at 2pm! I had a mani pedi my cousin had pedi and a gel fill. And mind you the gel manicure started lifting and separating from the nail the next day. The service has been consistently good since I found this place a few months ago. In fact, it has improved. They ensure that everyone is comfortable and well taken care of. Plus, I love my nails every time I go there.
