I had a bad experience at this place and will not return. My cousin and I had an appt set for 10:30. We got there on time and waited an hour to be seen. We left out of there at 2pm! I had a mani pedi my cousin had pedi and a gel fill. And mind you the gel manicure started lifting and separating from the nail the next day. The service has been consistently good since I found this place a few months ago. In fact, it has improved. They ensure that everyone is comfortable and well taken care of. Plus, I love my nails every time I go there.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. First of all, I only went to this place because I was in the area and needed to do my nails on short notice. The lady who did my nails was taking very long, that’s one. Two, another lady who works there offered a shoulder massage. I told her yes. Mind you, I have been to other nail spas before who offered shoulder massages. I had to leave before my nails was finished because I was running late and as I said, the lady was taking very long.
