5 Stars Incredible experience from beginning to end ... Staff was so very kind and informational. Absolutely amazing trip.. We were up close and personal with dolphins. Our guide Rob was a blast.. took care to make our experience was over the top !! Can’t express enough.. if your looking for an amazing-time out on the gulf the experience is a must with H20 Jet Ski Rental !! Photos and videos included!! We definitely will be returning!! Tour was fine. Guide however Andrew. Very very disrespectful and rude. After the tour i attempted to give the guide Andrew a tip. After spending 278 bucks on the tour only had 2 bucks cash on me. Offered it to Andrew and before I could say I know it's not much and I will have to go to the ATM..Andrew then states " 2 bucks??!!...f**k your 2 bucks" and throws the money on the sidewalk. Rob was superb. Took us up close and personal to 7 dolphins, took us to calm waters so we could really hit the throttle. With kids of 8 and 6 Rob was conscious about their and our safety but not to a point where it spoilt the trip which was excellent and I can’t recommend enough. The trip was the 1.5 hours safari and was money well spent. Thanks to the H2O team and in particular Rob, you have given us some treasured memories! The Round family

Such an awesome experience!! We are local (from Tampa) and boat often so I didn’t think a jet ski ride would be any different - I was wrong!! My girls and I had such a blast!! The staff at H2O were so friendly and took their time with us. It made all the difference! Highly recommend - you won’t be disappointed!
