DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We had our system installed on Nov 15 2018, I didnt get sod until Sept 2019. They came out and turned the system on. I ran system for 2-3 weeks then had a different company winterize because H2O charges a ridiculous amount. Now to spring 2020, I turn on the system and there is a pinhole leak in the weld on the brass elbow joint. They want to charge me to come out and fix it because apparently my warranty is null/void because I had someone else winterize it. I spoke to 2 different people both of whom... read more
