First timer. I went in with 2 goals in mind and expected to hear that I would need to come back repeatedly before noticing a difference. Nope. Shelly listened SO WELL and worked with me on BOTH goals. I know every situation is different, but I am thankful for the immediate satisfaction from my session. She told me to come back when I'm ready to work on something new. �
