Went for the first time today. Definition of relaxation and my heair looks better after and scalp is much cleaner.
Updated review. I’ve had three experiences with this company—two were absolutely exceptional, and during the one that wasn’t, the team went above and beyond to make it right. I truly respect a company that takes accountability and ensures their customers feel valued. The staff is consistently friendly, and the services offered are truly next level.
I went to H20 Head Spa in Chicago after having a wonderful first visit there a year or so ago. Because I enjoyed it so much before I brought my daughter as a gift to her. We drove all the way from Milwaukee to make a day trip out of it since I loved it the first time. Unfortunately, this visit was very different. The woman who worked on me was extremely rough—scraping, scratching, pulling hair, and scrubbing my scalp so hard that it became so extremely painful. My experience with H2O House was beyond amazing! I enjoyed every second of my time. Julie and Sunny are fabulous! Will definitely book another service.
