I had such a wonderful and relaxing experience with Judy! She was incredibly kind, caring, sweet, and communicative throughout my appointment. She made me feel so comfortable and truly took her time with my shampoo, conditioner, and scalp massage. The whole experience was very relaxing, and the place was clean and welcoming. Life has been go go go so I really wanted something to treat myself and this was the PERFECT things. I had Judy for a head and scalp massage and she was amazing. She was great at communicating the process and that helped me get so comfortable. Huge plus that there wasn’t a crazy amount of talking outside of her checking in. Updating my review because I experienced amazing customer service from start to finish. I recently lost a diamond earring while I was at the spa and the workers were able to find it a couple days later and kept it safe for me. I’ve been here a few times now and every single time has been amazing and relaxing! I did the basic service the first time, and the most recent time I did the special. They did an amazing job clearing up the dry flakiness on my scalp, and the massage was great.
My scalp has never felt this clean, and the stress relief from the head massage was amazing. Beautiful experience from start to finish. Thank You, H2O Head Care!!
Had an ok experience. This was my first hair spa visit and it was on Mother’s Day, so maybe my expectations were just high. Unfortunately the massage felt very rushed, room was shared and not private and my scalp hurts today due to the harsh scrubbing done on my head. Also I have sensitive scalp and hair, so def lost a lot of hair during this process and would’ve wanted someone with a more gentler approach.
