Hired them to replaster and tile my pool. It’s only been a week or two since they finished and the pool looks good from what I can tell but my experience working with the company has been really unprofessional. They quoted me about $18k to do the pool remodel and half way through said “whoa we need to charge you more due to we’ve never seen this issue before” I don’t know exact details but midway they jack up the price by $6000 and took away any warranty at all on their work or product. Service is dependable, office is well handled. Service person unfortunately lacks maturity and communication skills when confronted with a problem. Moved to another service.
