I lived at the H2O Broadwater apartments for a total of 10 years over two separate tenancies. The apartments are ideally located in the Southport CBD and right across the road from the Broadwater Parklands. The floor-to-ceiling views make you feel like the whole world is your front yard. The building has onsite maintenance and security crews who reply promptly to any concerns you have. We lived at H2O Broadwater for almost five years and had a great experience. Lindsey was awesome from the very beginning, always helpful, professional and supportive throughout our tenancy. The service is outstanding and the reception is always beautifully presented, especially during Christmas and other festive seasons. This decision of moving out from this beautiful apartment hasn’t come easily. I’ve called H2O home since 2019, and I truly can’t express how much I’ve appreciated the wonderful experience over the past six years.
