False advertisement on the monthly subscription. Big sign says that you can watch as often as you want if you had the pass. I tried running my vehicle a second time because my car was egged over night but was denied access. Press the button for help and the owner came over saying its only once a day all rude about it. When I pointed out that the sign said so, he said he sure does then walked away.

Satisfied so far. Have a monthly pass with them. Use atleast a couple of times a month Sometimes more. Hoping to use them more frequently in winter. Let's see. Their washes are good. The air dryer is also good. Good enough so that I can keep driving without having to stop and wife off excess water drops. They have free vacums outside, which some of them have started losing their suction power.

I typically used this car wash however, I found the manager to be quite rude. He asked me to closely follow the vehicle in front, which I found uncomfortable. When I explained that I would prefer to maintain a safe distance due to concerns regarding all these accidents caused by switching to the wrong gear by drivers , he simply responded, "just move up." I have decided to take my business elsewhere due to lack of customer service.
