Don’t bother making an appointment. Made 2 appointment requests on February 18, 2026 for 2 pedicures through the H2K website. The appointment was for Saturday, March 14, 2026 for 10am - almost a whole month in advance. Showed up and was told they never confirmed the appointment so we’d have to wait an hour. So we went down the road to Le Nails & Spa and we were seated immediately.
I have been visiting this nail salon for a number of years now. And they are absolutely Amazing. ! I have been a nailbiter my entire life and have literally had no nail beds I haven’t had much luck with other places where the nails actually lasted me long enough to let my own nails grow But not H2K. I had a set of acrylic nails put on in November 2025 by February 2026 I now have my own nails that have grown Well past the tip of my finger And was finally able to polish my own nails versus a fake one. Okay so I gave 3 stars because these are the longest lasting nails I’ve ever had outside of black nail techs… now my only issue is regarding the picture below idk why but this has never happened to me. The Slidell location I had two fingers swell up and get this “ gangrene” looking mark in my nail and now I went to the Metairie location and now this has happened again it even worse. I soaked the nail off and the swelling still hasn’t gone down. It feels worse actually I can barely move my finger and I’m just on the verge of ... read more
