I went there because the H2k i go to by my house, my nail tech was out of town. I will never go back to the H2k in Covington again. The lady that did my nails didnt know how to do my nails the way I wanted. She said people don't come here and get dip anymore. They didn't have the colors i wanted. The color i did pick out was barely enough to do my nails. There wasn't any conversation until the end. The lady at the front didn't believe me when I told her the price. As always - very pleasant experience- from the moment you walk in. Receptionist is a gem! Very attentive, professional, and upbeat. And my services were great - both employees (mani and pedi done by 2 different employees) were very attentive and professional.
Love H2k have been going here for years!!! Clean salon, very sweet people and reasonably priced. Khoi always does a great job on my nails!
