I have used this service for several years and have found them to be quick, reliable, honest, and easy to work with. I appreciate their advice and the quick work they do.
We have used H2O for several years. Over the past couple of years, they have become extremely expensive. They do quality work; but charge exorbitant prices - about double what would be reasonable. I would not recommend using them unless you have an unlimited budget.
Sprinkler system annual service, replaced valves, and found a broken pipe by tree root. More than I expected on the cost on annual service but transparent in pricing and on work needed. And I don’t have any experience on sprinkler systems. 1st time home owner.
Needed about a 1foot piece of PVC near a water cut off valve that was leaking. Called H2O Sprinkler. Upon arrival they dug up an all around 2 valves. Then charged me $595.00. Oh but you get a free inspection. When they did the inspection, it was more of a sales call. No cleaning or adjustments of any heads, $595. for 1 foot of PVC pipe. Talk about taking advantage, Save your money. Do Not recommend.
Dax was so great! Got the repairs done in no time, and the cost was so reasonable. Dax sure knows what he’s doing, and I’d refer my friends and family. THANKS!
