Great customer service. Mark and his wonderful team have a wealth of knowledge and such a chill atmosphere. Thank you Mark for fixing my glasses and also for sharing your local wisdom about surf, beaches and family fun locations! They have a really lovely team at H2O Vision Centers. Tracey is a really thorough and clever Optometrist and Mark has been amazing for us making sure all the glasses are chosen and fitted well. He went over and above to make sure he had both glasses and contacts ordered and ready super fast for me when I had left things a little tight prior to an overseas trip! Amazing effort thanks to everyone there! Cheers Olivia , Chris and the girls!!
I have tried a few optometrists since moving to the Sunny Coast and H2 Vision is by far the best experience I have had. Very thorough eye checks. But most impressive was how lovely all the staff are. Excellent range of frames and very quick (and local) lenses. Highly recommend.

Tracey is amazing!! I could not recommend her enough! We have had a really tough time with our 4 month old as she developed a rare eye condition at just 12 weeks old. I came to Tracey for a second opinion, she was very caring, informative and helped me in making the best decision for my daughter.
