Extremely disappointed. Had them out to our house at Palmetto Bluff to add a screened porch and do some cabinet and electrical work. Charged us a lot of money, drew up the architectural designs, and got HOA approval only to abandon the project, stating they were not going to do remodel work anymore. If you need a reliable builder who won’t abandon your project, look elsewhere.

As a long time, Realtor, I’ve had a professional relationship with H2 builders for as long as they’ve been around, I’m guessing at least 20 years. They are not the least expensive builder, nor are they most expensive builder, but like your dad says: “you get what you pay for” But what I love about them is that every time I refer a client to them I can relax and know that the client is going to be extremely happy with the finished product and the communication along the way! We could not have been happier with our home building experience with H2 Builders. It was a well honed process with professionals who listened and remained agile throughout the experience, including the warranty period. We are very proud of our home and would not hesitate to use H2 to build our next home.
