We love our new home! H2 was easy to work with, very professional, worked with us to customize our home, were very detailed and organized and very responsive. Brian Murdaugh was outstanding, we can’t say enough good things about him and enjoyed working with him. Also, a special thank you to Garrett for his professionalism, the job he did and attention to detail. We would highly recommend H2.
We love our custom built home by H2! Building a home is very stressful but H2’s mission was always to make us happy and pleased with their work. Not only is it a beautiful custom home, it is very well built. Thank you H2 for building our dream home.
Extremely disappointed. Had them out to our house at Palmetto Bluff to add a screened porch and do some cabinet and electrical work. Charged us a lot of money, drew up the architectural designs, and got HOA approval only to abandon the project, stating they were not going to do remodel work anymore. If you need a reliable builder who won’t abandon your project, look elsewhere.
As a long time, Realtor, I’ve had a professional relationship with H2 builders for as long as they’ve been around, I’m guessing at least 20 years. They are not the least expensive builder, nor are they most expensive builder, but like your dad says: “you get what you pay for” But what I love about them is that every time I refer a client to them I can relax and know that the client is going to be extremely happy with the finished product and the communication along the way!
