Extremely disappointed. Had them out to our house at Palmetto Bluff to add a screened porch and do some cabinet and electrical work. Charged us a lot of money, drew up the architectural designs, and got HOA approval only to abandon the project, stating they were not going to do remodel work anymore. If you need a reliable builder who won’t abandon your project, look elsewhere.
As a long time, Realtor, I’ve had a professional relationship with H2 builders for as long as they’ve been around, I’m guessing at least 20 years.
