I contracted H2 to build a home in Sea Pines a few years ago. My initial experience was positive, and we worked closely with their team to design & build our first custom home. We experienced significant delays in construction that were not related to material delays, but it seemed that they may have been overextended as they were building several homes at the time. We love our new home! H2 was easy to work with, very professional, worked with us to customize our home, were very detailed and organized and very responsive. Brian Murdaugh was outstanding, we can’t say enough good things about him and enjoyed working with him.
