I hadn’t been to this nail salon in a long time, and when I came back, I didn’t recognize a single employee. I decided to give it another try, but I ended up feeling extremely disappointed. Other than the basic service being completed, I honestly don’t know what positive things I can say about my experience. The quality and overall experience were nowhere near what I expected. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.
Very clean. Perfectionists at their craft. Many color options.
I had an appointment on Friday, but after arriving I still had to wait over 30 minutes. Because of that, I had to cancel and rearrange all of my plans for the rest of the day.To make things worse, I wasn’t even satisfied with the final result. I definitely won’t be coming back.I also saw reviews saying they fired the previous staff and manager. Honestly, they were the main reason I chose this place in the first place. It’s really disappointing to see how much the experience has gone downhill.
Moving to Fairfield from Greenwich, I've been going to Honey Nails for over 6 years, and I can honestly say this is the best ownership the salon has had. The new owners and the entire staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. They truly take their time with each client and take great pride in their work, which shows in the quality of every service. I’ve been coming to Honey Nail Spa in Fairfield for almost three years, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. I called ahead around 12:30 PM and specifically requested either the technician I normally use or the owner because the technician I prefer wasn’t working and I wasn’t available the next day.
