Great prices and service
I put 2 rings in to be resized . Both rings needed a half shank to resize . That was all good and expected. I picked up my rings and was told the stones(mother of pearl and malachite) had been glued because they were loose . I took my rings . They were a bit tight so i took them back to have a size added to each. I also asked why the ring hadnt been stamped with 10k after the repair. I was informed that they dont do that there. I also asked for the stones to be alligned properly and the claws to be adjusted so as to not catc... read more

I’ve always had excellent service with HWilliams on James Street. The staff know me now by sight and name! It’s hard not to walk out of there store and not buy a beautiful piece of jewelry, new or estate.
