Very friendly and helpful staff, gave me a fair price on my gold ring. Would recommend :)
I put 2 rings in to be resized . Both rings needed a half shank to resize . That was all good and expected. I picked up my rings and was told the stones(mother of pearl and malachite) had been glued because they were loose . I took my rings . They were a bit tight so i took them back to have a size added to each. I also asked why the ring hadnt been stamped with 10k after the repair. I was informed that they dont do that there. My opinion, most of the staff is not very knowledgeable. Some are quit rude when they can't accomplish a simple watch batteries change. Place is a joke
