We highly recommend HW Roofing for all your roofing needs. They just finish our roof today and we are completely satisfied with the results. Shawn is an excellent Customer Service person, we had a small issue and he took care of it with no hesitation. Mark the sales person, is very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. The two roofers that took care of my ridge vent did an excellent job today. In my opinion, Nichole Gravatt executive assistance needs to improve her people and customer service skills.
These guys did a great job for us. they were prompt in their response. Their cost for our repair was very fair. They were friendly and cleanup was great. I’m embarrassed that it took me a year to write a review. I write very few reviews. We have a complicated roof that had a number of issues from previous installation by another firm. They fixed all of them and more. Great family run business. Very happy customer.
