Their website claims "No request is too big or small; no detail is overlooked; no process is ever omitted" but if you contact them for a quote on a smaller job they'll claim it's not a good for for their capabilities. You could at least be honest and admit you're not interested in smaller jobs instead of claiming CNC machining and EDM aren't in your wheelhouse as an excuse.
