i love this place been going for 57 years....best chicken salad ever
Great food and friendly folks! They have been an icon for many years. Love it!
Kind and courteous service. I love how quick the pharmacy get my prescription ready,. I can’t leave without getting a grilled ham and cheese with lettuce and tomato, and of course an orange aid. For my sweet tooth I have to have a little salty caramel ice cream. Just love this place. Always someone you know to talk with. Very comfortable hometown atmosphere.
They are always friendly when I go in there. It doesn't matter if there's only 1 person or 30 people in line. Their prices are the best in town. There have been several times where I haven't been in town so I called their pharmacies and they are always double and triple H&W's prices. Plus when you shop their you are supporting a local buisness. I can't say enough great things about them.

A wonderful place. Everyone is so helpful. Prices on drugs are best around. If you need help they will help you. Lunch counter is a perfect place to meet for lunch have great food and leave with a smile on your face! In my opinion this is a jewel in the heart of Newton. A best kept secret that needs to be shared. Thank you all at H&W for what you do for my family and me. 5 stars for sure.

Had lunch here today for the first time. Everyone was so nice and the food was great. Its a little hole-in-the-wall drug store/lunch counter. Reminds me of what the good old days would have been like.
