The two-man team arrived promptly at 8:30 a.m. and completed the installation of four garage doors by 4:30 p.m.—a truly impressive effort. I went to the store in person with a broken cable from my old garage door. They went the extra mile and made new two cables similar to my old one. They also gave me advice how to install them. My door is still old but now works well! Very nice and helpful people. Highly recommend!
Excellent Service from H&W! Jason was over today to make some adjustments to my garage door/motor. He was very helpful and explained what he was doing. He gave me some great ideas to solve issues and troubleshoot on my own in the future. He was here for about 30 minutes and did great work. Definitely recommend H&W to everyone!
I recently had a disappointing experience with a driver of this company coming off I-76 at the Brimfield exit. The driver in question was clearly agitated and resorted to honking and flipping me off, seemingly frustrated because I had left a gap for other vehicles to pass through. My intention was to allow for safer merging and keep traffic moving smoothly, but this individual clearly had other priorities. Not a company i would like to do business with.
