I am just writing to thank you and your team for the excellent service on replacing my 60 year old wooden door. Rick was here this morning 12/23 promptly and put a new door in. The two-man team arrived promptly at 8:30 a.m. and completed the installation of four garage doors by 4:30 p.m.—a truly impressive effort. They worked with great care and attention to detail, ensuring that all existing openers functioned perfectly from both the keypads and remotes. I sent them over to repair my parents garage door… My parents are in their late 80s and I was worried someone would take advantage of them… But these guys were awesome! The service and the price were A++
I went to the store in person with a broken cable from my old garage door. They went the extra mile and made new two cables similar to my old one. They also gave me advice how to install them. My door is still old but now works well! Very nice and helpful people. Highly recommend!
Excellent Service from H&W! Jason was over today to make some adjustments to my garage door/motor. He was very helpful and explained what he was doing. He gave me some great ideas to solve issues and troubleshoot on my own in the future. He was here for about 30 minutes and did great work. Definitely recommend H&W to everyone!
