Dr. Lai is an outstanding dentist! He was incredibly kind and patient with my daughter, taking the time to explain everything and make her feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The staff was warm and professional, and the office is spotless and equipped with modern technology. I truly appreciate the care and attention Dr. Lai gave—he turned what could have been a stressful visit into a great experience. I got my teeth cleaned here and I was very impressed with their bedside manner and care. Vincent is very down to earth and easy to talk to. He’s also funny and extremely helpful. Karen cleaned my teeth. She is fast, thorough, precise, and clearly experienced. Definitely recommend.
