Dr. Lai and his staffs are very nice. Very punctual and very very professional. I went in for a cleaning and teeth filling today and I got to say this is one of the best experience I’ve had in my life. ZERO (0) pain and the whole process was as smooth as it can literally get. I’m planing to transfer my whole family’s dental needs to Dr. Lai’s office. I was so satisfied I’d even bought all the staffs there boba tea after ;).
Our friend visiting from out of state had a bad toothache and we were worried it was an infection. Upon the recommendation of our friend Echo, one of the staff here, we called Dr Lai’s office and the receptionist Shirley got us in for an emergency check at 8:30am the very next morning! I have had 5 Dentists in my 7+ decades on Mother Earth…Dr.Vincent Lai is my 5th…If you want a Dentist that considers you and your needs to be his # 1 priority … I would make an appointment and give him a try like I did… you enjoy his staff as well…
Dr. Lai is an outstanding dentist! He was incredibly kind and patient with my daughter, taking the time to explain everything and make her feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The staff was warm and professional, and the office is spotless and equipped with modern technology. I truly appreciate the care and attention Dr. Lai gave—he turned what could have been a stressful visit into a great experience. We’re so glad to have found him and highly recommend Dr. Lai to anyone looking for a great dentist!
I got my teeth cleaned here and I was very impressed with their bedside manner and care. Vincent is very down to earth and easy to talk to. He’s also funny and extremely helpful. Karen cleaned my teeth. She is fast, thorough, precise, and clearly experienced. Definitely recommend.
