This is a very bad dealership. I had spoke with somebody letting them know that I am coming from 7 hours away to look at an Escalade they had for sale that if there was any known issues they said no. It is perfect and runs great so I got over there. Looked at the vehicle. It looked okay. Dings here and there. The first thing I noticed was the steps did not automatically pop out.
