I contacted Heather on a Friday regarding a home that she had listed that same day. It was a perfect fit for what we were looking for (which says a lot given the current market). She arranged for a showing the following day and I had an accepted offer that afternoon! Heather was very prompt in answering my questions (which were many before and after the offer was accepted).
