At first I wasn’t that happy but they kept on helping change it when I wasn’t happy with it and I can tell they worked hard on it my nails bled a few times and there’s a bit of polish on my skin and one of the nail techs wouldn’t listen to what I was saying but other then that it was a good experience
Normally no problem but some staff changes. I asked for shellac french. She kept talking about color. So I decided to get colored tips. The whole thing was miscommunication . I also wanted chrome but it didn't turn out. My whole nails are colored. Now stuck. Not paying to do over. Will try Regal next time
