Show up here at the customer at 8:18 A.M. for an 10:00 appointment. The receiving office told me that someone was going to get me when they are ready. It is around 10:45 and still waiting on someone to tell me which door to go into. Went to see what going on the lady at the receiving office told me I was here early, but it is after 10:00 and she knew I was out there for over 2 hours. They telling me to go to either doors 18-20 and all them fill with trailers. SMH how this customer still in business and there is no motivation... read more
Deliveries start at 6am. Lumper fee is reasonably priced, quick unload. No app for lumper payment so check is required. No overnight parking but Pilot less than a mile down the road. No hassle here, in - out, back on the road. Great job H.T.Hackney!
Lady on phone doesn't now if it a truck stop ot a gas station. Very rude and hangs up on you. Guys in receiving are nice.

No overnight parking.There is a flying J less than a mile or a Supercenter Walmart. Check in is from 6am not 5am.You can't park in front of the gate for O.N parking. Be ready for the most expensive lumpers in the market. Paid $700 for 19 pallets.
