H S Total Maintenance did a fantastic job fixing my plumbing issue. The customer service was excellent—they were honest, quick to respond, and offered fair pricing. I really appreciated that they waived the service call fee since I went ahead with the repair, which other companies in Cypress wouldn’t do. From the moment I first made contact to the final payment after the plumbing project was completed, the experience was fantastic. Communication was swift, the inspection of the issue was comprehensive and the suggested solutions were clearly explained by Miguel. The payment process was straightforward and simple. Miguel from Gavin & Sons Plumbing & Air was incredibly punctual, arriving exactly when he promised he would in Cypress. He carried out a thorough inspection of the plumbing, including a repair of a faulty ground wire on the humidifier. Miguel was not only pleasant to interact with, but also demonstrated a depth of knowledge and efficiency in his work. He successfully completed all necessary maintenance and repairs. He certainly deserves a commendation for his excellent work!

billy and miguel did a fantastic job, showing up on time and demonstrating their plumbing expertise. i would highly recommend their services! we required their assistance in cypress and they promptly responded, expertly installing our new energy-efficient boiler and tankless water heater. their work was outstanding!
