They took months before starting on a simple downspout replacement job and then their work turned out unprofessional. I had to call them back to fix it and then they charged me for that also. They sent me an invoice for all the work and I emailed Mary asking for an explanation and she did not repspond and one month later, I receive another invoice with interest added on. Their technicians and communication skills are terrible, Be aware.
Horrible work. They completely messed up, admitted to it, and threatened to report us to collections if we didn’t pay. Stay away from Craig Farlow, Bill Thompson, and Ned.
We have used H&S Roofing several times over the last 15 years of owning our home for a variety of roof/gutter issues and repairs. They are very professional, polite and go above and beyond to help. Jan is responsive and has been super helpful with scheduling and Derrick has communicated with me via text and phone calls and his work has been top notch.
