I am a current multi year resident of holly ridge apartments.2 years ago I would have been writing a different review than I am right now. The property manager, the repairman and ownership were all OUTSTANDING! but recently the property has been purchased by H&S property management a family that to be completely frank creeps me out cause they are always ALWAYS there. Extremely rude they don’t have time to answer your questions there very short when speaking to you not professional at all in the way they conduct business when speaking she huffed and puffed stated ohh my god as if I was bothering her and I’m moving into there establishment.
I'm a tenant of 1 Glenwood Ave in Yonkers. This building is ran by H&S management. It is terrible! If you want to pay high rent, and receive a nasty attitude from the Office Manager from this building Twanda Tooks, then go ahead and rent with them. She is extremely rude, and doesn't get back to tenants in a timely manner. She hates her job, and gets mad when you ask her anything, and that's even if she'll buzz you in her office to deal with you. She screens her visitors, with the camera in her office.
