Owner and staff is super rude. I requested for a quote for my bathroom pipe issue. However, due to family emergency I had to go out of town. Service man came and returned from the door as I was not in the home. Now company is sending me $155 bill for half an hour of work....isn’t this a case of fraud?
When I have a plumbing need (repair, new install, replacement), I always call H & S. They have been great to work with, prompt in arrival, neat in work, and fair in price. They have taken good care of my plumbing projects in Ashburn. I highly recommend them for anyone needing work in the Herndon/Reston/Sterling/Chantilly/Ashburn area.
Notably good service experience Have used them three times in the past six years. Always prompt and reasonably priced. They also offered useful tips to keep plumbing working better.
Do what they say they will, they do it right the 1st time at the agreed upon price. Over the past ten years I have called them at least five times. Each time my wife and I have been very satisfied.
