I highly recommend this company. My dishwasher and washier needed repairs. The service men and Bobby, who I spoke with over the phone, provided me with great service . Both of my appliances are now working great.
Had the first problem with my dryer (15 yrs old) and gave them a call to see if it could be fixed. Woody come out the next business day and found the issue. The control board was toast. Whirlpool had discontinued the part (15 yrs old appliance) but he found a compatible one that "so far" has me back up and going. Longest part of the repair was the 4 day shipping of the part. Good job! Thanks!!
Whirlpool corp sent out a tech from this company for a warranty issue. Great service. Very knowledgeable. Liked there appliance service so much we visited the store because we are in the market for a new recliner and mattress. Very nice and knowledgeable gentleman there showed us the recliners. They have ample to choose from. Made in USA. I'm ready to buy the one I like. My wife is still shopping.
They do third party repair work on appliances. They are non responsive and always promise to call you back, but they never do. Their lack of responsiveness is very unprofessional.
Great in-store staff. Repair man came and went, never to be seen again. I still need repairs but I have chosen someone else.
