We used H&R sanitation for almost 3 years now and never had a single bad experience with them. It's a pleasure to work with them. The driver is always helpful. He is always ready to go an extra mile to assist and help. I had to call in with some questions, and the ladies in the office were always helpful, kind, and very sweet. I would recommend them to anyone.

Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They are rude and completely unhelpful. The “receptionist” has no clue what she’s doing nor does anyone offer any kind of helpful resolution to any issues you may have. Take your business with literally any other company and you will have a better experience. Stay far far away from H&R sanitation.

WORST customer service I have ever seen! I have used this company since 2003 and never has as bad of an experience as I had today. I watched the truck bump & dump garbage out of the can, leave it in the middle of the road and drive off. When we called, we were informed it was overflowing and they would not be back to clean it up. However, I once again, watched the driver come back by and drive around all the trash he left in the road. The behavior of the service rep was appalling! Another loyal customer lost.
