Money hungry for the past 3-4 years HR property has been pushing to go over the rent increase percentage. There has been no upgrades to the units when it comes to the kitchens, floors, bathrooms and etc. They changed the carpet in the hallway and put glass balconies which is something they should of taken rent money over the decades to provide those upgrades.
Wonderful company to deal with. Staff and management are very nice. Employees come first which is very nice to see. Highly recommend
