Office staff can be great or horrendous -high turnover. Whether living somewhere "managed" by this company is fine, a logistical nightmare, or downright unsafe depends entirely on who the head of maintenance and after-hours emergency contact are.
I have been living here for almost 3 years now with two roommates, and we love it! The office admins are very friendly and responsive. If we report an issue, they will usually have someone from maintenance sent over the next day. They have quarter-operated laundry machines in the basement (which we refer to as "the dungeon" because that's what it looks like), but better than nothing. Parking is free, which is great.
